Mototaxista suspeito de desviar rota para estuprar adolescente é preso no AM

Um mototaxista suspeito de desviar rota para estuprar uma adolescente de 14 anos foi preso no Amazonas. O caso aconteceu em 2019, em Manacapuru (a 68 quilômetros de Manaus).

De acordo com a Polícia Civil do Amazonas (PC-AM), a adolescente pegou uma corrida para ir para a escola. No entanto, segundo a polícia, o homem desviou o caminho, para praticar o crime.

Na ocasião, o homem teve o nome e a imagem divulgados. Ele era considerado foragido desde 2019.

Nesta segunda-feira (28), a Delegacia Especializada de Polícia (DEP) informou que prendeu Ernane Afonso Cardoso, de 36 anos. A delegada Roberta Merly, titular da unidade, disse que a prisão é resultante de aproximadamente dois anos de buscas policiais.
